Our Journal Return & Refund Policy

We want every purchase from Manifestation in Motion to feel intentional, aligned, and exciting—just like the journey you’re about to begin. Because our journals are personal growth tools meant to be written in, all journal sales (including holiday box sets and special editions) are final.

We encourage you to take a few moments before purchasing to:

• Browse all photos and videos for a closer look

• Double-check dimensions to make sure they work for your space and lifestyle

• Read through the description to ensure this is the right fit for your goals

We’re confident that if you use your journal as intended, you’ll create meaningful shifts in your life.

Due to the sacred and personal nature of this product, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once purchased—this includes pre-orders and pre-sale items. The only exception is if your journal arrives damaged or defective, in which case we’ll make it right.

For non-journal items, please email us at hello@manifestationinmotion.com. While we typically can’t accept used or opened products, we’ll always review your request with care.

We have a 30-day return policy on non-journal items & items prohibited by law with returns, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at xoxo@manifestationinmotion.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5600 Spalding Drive #921572 Peachtree Corners, GA 30010 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like journals, candles, underwear & other prohibited items custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
